Our highest priority is protecting your accounts and personal information. BECU will never call, email or text you asking for a one-time passcode, your account password, your debit card number or any other sensitive information.
To report fraud, suspicious activity, or a lost or stolen card during business hours:
- Send us a message. Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Call 800-233-2328. Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Pacific Time.
- For TTY support, dial 711 to access the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS).
