Eligibility Requirements
BECU Home Rewards is available to BECU Members who:
- Are current BECU members (Not a member, join today!)2
- Have not already entered into:
- A Purchase and Sale Agreement
- An Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement
- A Listing Agreement
- Another real estate affinity or rebate program
- An employer relocation or reimbursement program
- Agree to use an agent referred through the Home Rewards program.
- Are purchasing or selling eligible residential properties, including:
- Single-family homes
- Multi-family properties (up to four units)
- Condominiums
- PUDs
- Qualifying manufactured homes
- Primary, secondary, and investment properties
Members under a listing agreement may use Home Rewards for a purchase transaction, and vice versa.
How the Reward Works
- Members receive a portion of their agent's commission after the transaction closes, up to 20% of the agent's commission.
- Cash back is paid approximately 30 days after closing.
- You may be eligible for a higher reward when buying and selling through the program.
