BECU mobile app for businesses using an SSN
- For businesses operating as a sole proprietorship, LLC's using an SSN for tax reporting, clubs, trusts and estates.
- One platform provides a consistent experience when managing multiple BECU accounts.

Mobile Deposit Step By Step
- Endorse your check and write “for BECU Mobile Deposit only” near your signature.
- Open the Business Online Banking mobile app.
- Select Menu > Services > Mobile Deposit.
- Select which account.
- Enter the amount.
- Take picture of the front and back of check.
- Review and select Submit Deposit when finished.

If you already have the BECU mobile app for personal use, simply sign in using your current BECU credentials and select the account you wish to view.
You can use the mobile app to deposit funds electronically to either your personal or business account, plus, you can seamlessly transfer money between your personal and business accounts.
Mobile Deposit Step By Step
- Endorse your check and write “for BECU Mobile Deposit only” near your signature.
- Open the BECU Mobile App.
- Select Deposits > Deposit Check.
- Enter the amount.
- Select which account.
- Take picture of the front and back of check.
- Review and slide to submit when finished.

For businesses operating as a sole proprietorship, LLC's using an SSN for tax reporting, clubs, trusts and estates: log into Online Banking and your account number can be found in the Summary tab.
For corporations, partnerships and LLC's using an EIN for tax reporting: log into Business Online Banking, select the account and your account number can be found in the Details tab.
Printed Checks: find your 10-digit account number on the bottom center of your check.

For businesses operating as a sole proprietorship, LLC's using an SSN for tax reporting, clubs, trusts and estates:
- Desktop: Visit the Reset Your Password page which can also found on the Online Banking login screen.
- Mobile app: Select Reset Your Password on the sign-in screen.
For corporations, partnerships and LLC's using an EIN for tax reporting:
- Using your desktop or mobile phone, from the navigation menu, select Administration > Security Preferences.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Select Change Password to submit the change.

If your business operates using an EIN (excluding Sole Proprietors), download the Business Online Banking mobile app from the Apple or Google Play store.
If your business operates using an SSN, download the BECU mobile app from the Apple or Google Play store.
No. If your business operates using an SSN, and you want to create an Online Banking account, you must enroll via web browser. Please note, when there is more than one owner or authorized signer on an organization, the first individual of that organization who enrolls in Online Banking is automatically designated as the “Business Administrator” for the business. The admin can then designate additional business users.
If your business operates using an EIN (excluding sole proprietors), you'll need to submit a request to enroll in Business Online Banking. Please note, it may take up to 2 business days to complete the enrollment process. You will receive an email with a temporary password when the setup is complete.
For businesses operating as a sole proprietorship, LLC's using an SSN for tax reporting, clubs, trusts and estates:
- Desktop: Visit the Reset Your Password page which can also found on the Online Banking login screen.
- Mobile app: Select Reset Your Password on the sign-in screen.
For corporations, partnerships and LLC's using an EIN for tax reporting:
- Using your desktop or mobile phone, from the login page select Forgot your password?
- Enter your login ID and submit.
- Select your preferred contact method to receive a secure access code.
- Enter the code and select Submit.
- Enter a new password, then re-enter to confirm.
- Select Submit.
