The description of Your Privacy Choices in this Your Privacy Choices Notice (Notice) ONLY applies to a resident of the State of California (California Consumer) for Personal Information that Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU or we) has about the California Consumer.

All capitalized terms not defined in this Notice have the meanings given in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

If you are a California Consumer, you may have a right to request to opt-out of the Sale or Sharing of your Personal Information (Right to Opt-Out) and a right to request to limit certain uses of your Sensitive Personal Information (Right to Limit). This Notice is intended to provide you with information regarding these rights, as required by the CCPA.

In the CCPA, the Sale of Personal Information may include any communication of Personal Information to any Third Party for monetary or other valuable consideration. Sharing Personal Information refers to processing Personal Information for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising purposes (which means use of Personal Information from different businesses to target advertisements across websites, applications and other online services).

Please know that a request to exercise the Right to Opt-Out (Request to Opt-Out) and request to exercise the Right to Limit (Request to Limit) are subject to certain exceptions and limitations, such as when Personal Information use is necessary to provide a requested service or disclosures to our Service Providers.

If you are a California Consumer, you may submit your Request to Opt-Out and Request to Limit using the following options:

We do not accept requests by telephone, fax, social media, or other means.

You also may appoint an authorized agent to submit a Request to Opt-Out and/or a Request to Limit on your behalf, as described in Section 4 of our California Consumer Privacy Notice and Privacy Authorized Agent form.

Please note that your Request to Opt-Out described in this Notice only applies to Personal Information that was not collected by cookies or similar technology as explained in our California Consumer Privacy Notice.
