When there is more than one owner or authorized signer on an organization, the first individual of that organization who enrolls in Online Banking is automatically designated as the “Business Administrator” for the business. That admin receives permissions as the Business Administrator that the other owners/ authorized signers do not have, including the only person that can set up and disable online profiles for owners / authorized signers/ agents / non-authorized agents. The admin can then designate additional business users. Please note that users receive their login credentials from the admin.< p/>

If you have questions about your BECU accounts, use the BECU Message Center to send and receive confidential messages from BECU. Unlike email, your messages are stored in Online Banking so they are secure and confidential and can be accessed only after you've logged into Online Banking using your user ID and password.
Be as specific as you like in the details of your message (account number, transaction information, etc.) and we'll respond with the information you need in 2-4 business hours.
To send a confidential message, log into Online Banking and visit the Message Center.
