- Please note: Your business must be registered with the Washington, Oregon or Idaho Secretary of State or with the Washington Department of Revenue to qualify for a business line of credit. Visit the business membership eligibility page to learn more.

2If needed, funds transfers will be made to the business checking account in $100 increments (or the unused portion of the available credit limit if less than $100). Interest charges accrue from the date any credit advance or transfer is posted to your account.
3The 1% margin discount for 12 months on a new Business Line of Credit under $50,000 if you apply by September 30, 2026, after which rates may range from 9.00% to 13.15% variable rate, based on your credit worthiness. This rate will vary with the market based with WSJ Prime Rate. Quoted rates effective July 1, 2026. This loan program is for business purposes and commercial loans only.
4The annual fee for a Business Line of Credit ($50 for limits up to $9,999, or $75 for limits up to $49,999,) will be waived for the first year only. The annual fee will be charged to the business line of credit on the 15th of the month closest to the set-up date for the remaining years the loan is open.
