Your messages are stored in Online Banking so they are secure and confidential. Provide a detailed description in your message and we'll respond within 2-4 business hours.

Anyone without BECU Online Banking can send us an email message about personal or business accounts. Although your email is protected, personal and confidential information should not be included in your email. It may take up to 24 business hours to receive a response.
