Members with Online Banking for personal or business accounts can use the Online Banking Message Center to send and receive personal account messages from BECU. Your messages are stored in Online Banking so they are secure and confidential. Provide a detailed description in your message and we'll respond within 2-4 business hours.
Don't have BECU Online Banking?
Anyone without BECU Online Banking can send us an email message about personal or business accounts. Although your email is protected, personal and confidential information should not be included in your email. It may take up to 24 business hours to receive a response.
