In fall 2025, our Everett Financial Center began undergoing an exciting transformation! We're creating a fresh, more welcoming space with a modernized design and improved accessibility. But this isn't just about aesthetics — it's about deepening our commitment to the Everett community and supporting every member's journey toward financial health and freedom.

We're Open (Please Pardon the Dust!)
The location will remain open as construction continues, so you can access the services you rely on. Most services that were relocated during construction are available once again.
If you need to meet with Business Services or Mortgage Services, we still encourage you to schedule an appointment to ensure the best experience. To meet with BECU Investment Services2, you can schedule an appointment or contact a Financial Advisor directly.
Exciting Updates
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create a better member experience. See the most recent changes:
- The permanent teller line is open for your banking needs.
- A new concierge help desk is available in the lobby for quick questions and general assistance.
- Three 24-hour ATMs now available in addition to the drive-up and parking lot ATMs.
- The 24-hour drop box is available again.
- Coinstar machines are now available during business hours.
- The main entrance is now open.
What's Ahead
We're thrilled about the modern updates available as we make great progress on construction. Here's what you can look forward to by the time construction completes:
- Community space: A new area for hosting free financial workshops and seminars on budgeting, saving, credit building, investing, homeownership and more.
- Member lounge: Comfortable seating to help you feel at home.
- Enhanced Member Consultant areas on the first floor: Designed for improved privacy and communication.
- Video Banking offices: Private spaces for remote consultations and transactions.
