How to Opt-Out of BECU Marketing

If you'd like to opt-out from receiving marketing materials from BECU, you have two options:

  • Send us a message. Log into Online Banking and select the Messenger chat icon located at the bottom right of the page.
  • Or, give us a call at 800-233-2328 from 7 am–7 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9 am–1 pm Saturday.

What does opting out mean?

You will no longer receive any direct marketing materials from us, which may include information about supporting your financial health, member discounts and other services, our monthly newsletter, pre-screen offers for loans or credit cards, promotional offers, news about the credit union, and more.
