Download Your Transaction History from Online Banking

We make it easy to stay on top of your banking with detailed account statements. We also provide the option to export your transaction history directly from Online Banking anytime you need it.

From the Account Activity Screen

To download your most recent transaction history within the past 180 days, follow these steps in the Account Activity tab.

  1. Log in to Online Banking and select the account you want to download from (only one account at a time).
  2. Filter your search using the Search By criteria from the dropdown. The transactions listed will automatically adjust based on the search criteria you select. Choose from the following:
    • Most recent (150 transactions maximum)
    • Last month
    • Last two months
    • Specific date range
    • By check number
    • By transaction amount
  3. Download your data by scrolling to the bottom and choosing your preferred file format from the Select a File Type dropdown:
    • Quicken (.QFX)
    • QuickBooks (.QBO)
    • Comma Separated Value (.CSV) for Excel

You will see a file download message asking you to open or save the file. When you click Open, the .QFX or .QBO file should automatically open in the appropriate program.

From the Money Manager Screen

To download your transaction history from the Money Manager screen (including data that is older than 180 days), follow the steps below to download a .CSV file:

  1. Log in to Online Banking and select Money Manager at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Transactions.
  3. Select Filter accounts and choose the specific account.
  4. Modify the date range in the dropdown above the transactions list. Note: If the results for the date range are blank, reduce the range until the transactions appear.
  5. Select the download icon located at the top right of the screen to export the .CSV file to your default downloads folder.
