Intuit Instructions

Now that we have converted your online access to Business Online Banking, you'll need to modify your settings in Quicken, QuickBooks or Mint to ensure that your data connectivity was transferred smoothly to the new system. General Questions

All current BECU Online Banking business accounts that operate as an LLC using an EIN for tax reporting, Partnerships and Corporations.

Your Login ID (previously User ID) will stay the same, and you'll need to create a new password. On Tuesday, Oct. 19. select Forgot your password on the Business Online Banking login page. A secure access code will be sent to your email, which will allow you to set a new password.

Yes, all your eligible business accounts automatically moved to the new platform, including transaction history. Eligible business accounts include LLCs with an EIN tax ID, partnerships, and corporations.

To access any personal BECU accounts, go to becu.org and click Log In located in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your personal User ID and password, and click the Log In button.

Yes, you'll have the same historical access you had previously.

No. The new Business Online Banking platform offers robust alert capabilities, including alerts related to logins, changed passwords, and other security settings. You'll need to set these up in the new platform.

There are two access levels (roles) available in the new Business Online Banking platform: administrative user and non-administrative user. The administrative user is the authorized signer on the business.

Call us at 800-704-8080 to change the assigned administrative user. Please be aware that the administrative user must also be an authorized signer for the business.

Administrator With Other Users

Only administrative users will be migrated to the new platform. You'll need to set up any users without administrative rights once the new service is live on Tuesday, Oct. 19, even if they're currently a user in Online Banking.

Refer to the Business Online Banking User Guide (PDF) to add users. This is part of the new entitlement feature, which allows you to set up users with different rights and permissions in your BECU business banking accounts. You'll need to know the user's name, email address, and phone number. You'll also need to provide users with their Login ID and instructions for logging in.

You'll be the administrator point of contact for users who are not authorized signers when they have questions about an account or access. BECU won't be able to authenticate those users because we don't keep their personal information for security reasons.

If users in your business account need help resetting a password, they can use the Forgot your password feature. The temporary password will be active for 72 hours. You have the ability to provide access to individual Business Online Banking system features, and designate which of your team members can access your account. To assist in keeping account information and rights secure, BECU isn't able to provide support directly to non-administrative system users.

Bill Pay Services

Yes. If you are a current Bill Pay user and you accepted the Bill Pay terms and conditions between Nov. 5, 2020, and Oct. 8 2021, your payment history, payees, and other information are available in the new platform. All payee information was converted as-is, so please confirm that the information in the new system is correct. This information was not converted if you did not accept the terms and conditions.

No. Payments that non-administrative users scheduled will be moved, but the non-administrative user online banking accounts won't be moved. After conversion, you'll need to set up other users within Business Online Banking and Bill Payment.

No. eBill information wasn't converted. If you were receiving eBills (electronic delivery of your biller invoices), you'll need to set them up again in the new Business Online Banking Bill Payment service. Bill Pay should have received an email in September with additional conversion details.

Scheduled and Recurring Transfers

Yes. All scheduled and recurring transfers set up for your business before Wednesday, Oct. 13 are available in the new platform and assigned to you. Existing scheduled and recurring payments to BECU business loans, lines of credit, and credit cards were converted to Business Online Banking and assigned to you.

These payments would not have gone through as scheduled. We included this information in the communications we sent to help you prepare for the change. You'll need to reschedule these payments to occur again in the future.

Third-Party Accounts

Third-party transfer authorizations are transfers from your account to another BECU member/business account. Any third-party transfers set up by the account administrator were moved to the new Business Online Banking platform. Any authorizations set up by non-administrators weren't migrated.

Only third-party transfer authorizations that you set up were moved to the new platform. If you'd to re-establish  authorizations that weren't moved to the new platform, you'll need to complete and return the Third Party Transfer Authorization (PDF) form.

You can return the form by mail to the address at the bottom of the form, or in person at any BECU location.

Scheduled and recurring third-party transfers that you set up were moved. Those set up by other users were cancelled, and you'll need to set them up in the new platform.

High-Speed Online Deposit

If you use a High-Speed Online Deposit scanner, be sure you've installed the most updated drivers (device control). Refer to the High-Speed Online Deposit User Guide (PDF) for details if you use this service.
