ENTRY
Enter for a chance to be the winner of four (4) tickets to Fremont Oktoberfest 9/18-9/20/26 valued at $140. Enter to win by completing the entry form located at BECU Wallingford, 4319 Stone Way N, Seattle, WA 98119, during the Wallingford NFC Member Appreciation Day on March 14, 2026. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning.

LIMITATIONS 
Only one entry per person. Must be a legal resident of the United States, 21 years or older and must enter by completing and submitting the form of entry mentioned above. Employees or agents of BECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. BECU is not responsible for canceled events or changes to scheduled events. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

WINNER
One winner will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on 3/17/26, from all entries received on 3/14/26 by 11:59:59 PM PST and you need not be present to win.  Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. One winner will receive four tickets to Fremont Oktoberfest valued at $140.

Winner will be notified by email or phone no later than end of business 3/17/26 and will have 48 hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete a BECU Claim Form or other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU.  Should a winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will go to the first selected alternate.

For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Gerren Joyner, P.O. Box 97050, M/S 1089-1, Seattle, Washington 98124-9750. Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.  In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified, and an alternate will be selected.

CONDITIONS 
By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules, these Conditions and the decisions of BECU, which shall be binding in all respects. By participating, entrants release and hold BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activities. BECU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned. Entrants agree to release and hold BECU harmless from and against any claim associated with the promotion. BECU is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical, ordinary, or common errors or mistakes that may prevent the promotion from running as planned, including applicant entries that may be lost, stolen, or misplaced. BECU reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available. In the event of printing, production, or other error where more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants BECU the right and license to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising/publicity purposes in any format or medium without further compensation. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Promotional Period begins on May 18, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Promotional Period”).

PARENTAL CONSENT AND VERIFICATION
BY submitting an entry, the parent represents and warrants that:

(a) They are the parent or guardian of the Child participant

(b) They consent to the Child participant's participation; and

(c) They agree to these Official Rules on behalf of themselves and the Child participant. BECU reserves the right to require verification of parental consent and eligibility at any time.

PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
BECU is committed to protecting Children's privacy.

Personal information collected will include the Parent's contact information and limited information about the Child participant.
Information will be used solely for administering the ETW and notifying winners, unless additional consent is obtained.
Sponsor will not knowingly collect personal information directly from Children without verifiable parental consent.
All data will be handled in accordance with BECU's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Sponsor will not sell or share Children's personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer the ETW or as required by law.
Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their Child's personal information by contacting communityrequests@becu.org.

LIMITATIONS
Only one entry per person. Only one entry per Child. Only parent or legal guardian may submit or approve entry on behalf of Child. Entrant must be a legal resident of the United States and eighteen (18) years or older, the parent or guardian of a minor Child aged 6-14 years old, and must enter by completing and submitting the form of entry mentioned above. Parent or guardian may submit a separate entry for each Child. Up to three (3) guests may join the Child on the field.

Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, Child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related), of BECU. The Baseball Club of Seattle, LLLP (the “Club”), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the ETW are not eligible to participate or win a prize. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. The ETW is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

PRIZE
Ten (10) winners, accepting on behalf of their Child, will receive four (4) tickets to a Seattle Mariners Home Game with an on-field experience (Play Ball Kid) valued at Two Hundred Dollars ($200) each. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Total ARV of all Prizes: $2,000.00. Prizes will be provided to the winner via email communication to the winning entrants' email address provided by the entrant on the entry form.

WINNER
Ten (10) winners, accepting on behalf of their Child, will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on or about July 1, 2026, from all entries received between May 18, 2026 at 12:01 AM, PT [CR3.1]through June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT and you need not be present to win. Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. Winner and their Child must arrive approximately one hour before game time. Winner must accompany the child at all times.

The parent or legal guardian of the selected winners will be notified by email no later than the end of business July 2, 2026, and will have twenty-four (24) hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete a BECU claim form or other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU. If the parent or legal guardian of the selected winners cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected. Should a winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize, and it will go to the first selected alternate. By entering the ETW, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by BECU, the Club and/or MLB by telephone, email, and/or postal mail for ETW purposes. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to BECU, the Club, MLB, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize his/her name, city and state of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, or mail; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections; availability, accessibility, miscommunications, or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, or wireless transmissions or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, wireless towers, or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any ETW-related advertisements, or other materials; cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition; or any other errors, problems, or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or other, relating to the ETW, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with administration of the ETW, processing of entries, announcement of any winner, or any ETWETW-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users (e.g., hacking) or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the ETW. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this ETW or downloading materials from or use of the ETW website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the ETW or website; attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the ETW by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices; intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor and/or MLB; or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the ETW and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ETW OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS ETW MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BECU WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND BECU, MLB, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PRIZE CONDITIONS
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mariners.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see mariners.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
As a condition of entering this ETW, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this ETW or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in King County, Washington before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Should a winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize, and it will go to the first selected alternate. For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Carin Bess, Affinity Marketing Specialist, P.O. Box 97050, Seattle, WA 98124-9750. BECU will not issue winners an IRS FORM 1099-MISC for the value of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.  In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the ETW, each entrant represents that they are 18 years of age or older and are the parent or guardian of the minor referenced above. By entering the ETW, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By entering the ETW, each entrant releases BECU, the Club, the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, licensees, any other company associated with the ETW and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. By entering the ETW, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by BECU, the Club and/or MLB by telephone, email, and/or postal mail for ETW purposes. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to BECU, the Club, MLB, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize his/her name, city and state of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

BECU reserves the right, in their discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned. Entrants agree to release and hold BECU harmless from and against any claim associated with the promotion. BECU is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical, ordinary, or common errors in mistakes that may prevent the promotion from running as planned, including applicant entries that may be lost, stolen, or misplaced. BECU reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available, and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided. In the event of printing, production, or other error where more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. The Official Rules are governed by the State of Washington.

Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, or mail; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections; availability, accessibility, miscommunications, or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, or wireless transmissions or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, wireless towers, or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any ETW related advertisements, or other materials; cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition; or any other errors, problems, or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or other, relating to the ETW, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with administration of the ETW, processing of entries, announcement of any winner, or any ETW related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users (e.g., hacking) or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the ETW. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this ETW or downloading materials from or use of the ETW website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the ETW or website; attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the ETW by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices; intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor and/or MLB; or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the ETW and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ETW OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS ETW MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BECU WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND BECU, MLB, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PRIZE CONDITIONS
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mariners.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see mariners.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner's (and guest's) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities, including but not limited to the wearing of masks if and when directed and the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the event).

ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
As a condition of entering this ETW, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this ETW or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in King County, Washington before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
