Wallingford Member Appreciation Day Enter to Win

ENTRY
Enter for a chance to be the winner of four (4) tickets to Fremont Oktoberfest 9/18-9/20/26 valued at $140. Enter to win by completing the entry form located at BECU Wallingford, 4319 Stone Way N, Seattle, WA 98119, during the Wallingford NFC Member Appreciation Day on March 14, 2026. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning.
LIMITATIONS
Only one entry per person. Must be a legal resident of the United States, 21 years or older and must enter by completing and submitting the form of entry mentioned above. Employees or agents of BECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. BECU is not responsible for canceled events or changes to scheduled events. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
WINNER
One winner will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on 3/17/26, from all entries received on 3/14/26 by 11:59:59 PM PST and you need not be present to win. Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. One winner will receive four tickets to Fremont Oktoberfest valued at $140.
Winner will be notified by email or phone no later than end of business 3/17/26 and will have 48 hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete a BECU Claim Form or other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU. Should a winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will go to the first selected alternate.
For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Gerren Joyner, P.O. Box 97050, M/S 1089-1, Seattle, Washington 98124-9750. Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified, and an alternate will be selected.
CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules, these Conditions and the decisions of BECU, which shall be binding in all respects. By participating, entrants release and hold BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activities. BECU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned. Entrants agree to release and hold BECU harmless from and against any claim associated with the promotion. BECU is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical, ordinary, or common errors or mistakes that may prevent the promotion from running as planned, including applicant entries that may be lost, stolen, or misplaced. BECU reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available. In the event of printing, production, or other error where more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants BECU the right and license to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising/publicity purposes in any format or medium without further compensation. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
