Updates to Bill Pay

Good news! We’ve made some important updates to Bill Pay, and they’re already live. These changes reflect what we heard from members and are designed to make managing bill payments easier and more intuitive.

What Changed?

In our latest update, we reintroduced the categorization of bill payments: Scheduled, Processing and Past Payments. This feature was part of the classic Bill Pay view and was requested by many members after the initial upgrade last November. Thanks to your feedback, it's now back.

We also retired the option to switch between the classic and new Bill Pay views. While the classic view was kept temporarily to help ease the transition, we've listened to your feedback to optimize the new experience to better support the functionality you've asked for. With those updates now in place, we've moved fully to the new Bill Pay interface.
