That's why we are developing Financial Health Pilot, a personalized financial guidance platform that provides insights, visuals and reminders to help you reach new heights with your financial goals.
Financial Health Pilot is currently a beta product available to a small group of BECU members and you have the opportunity to be one of the first to try it out.

It's easy to start using Financial Health Pilot.
Step 1: Log in to your Online Banking account in your web browser through your desktop or mobile device.
Step 2: Navigate to Financial Health Pilot. You can find it under Related Tasks on your account summary page or within the Account Services tab under Financial Health.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. All invitees are instantly able to use Financial Health Pilot. Simply log in to Online Banking and navigate to Financial Health Pilot to get started.
No. Financial Health Pilot is available for free and currently in beta testing.
Financial Health Pilot is available through Online Banking in your web browser on both mobile and desktop devices. To access from a mobile phone, simply open a web browser and navigate to Online Banking through the BECU website. After logging into Online Banking, you will find it listed beneath Related Tasks and in Account Services (within the Financial Health category).
The Financial Health Pilot is not currently accessible through the BECU mobile app.
During this beta stage, Financial Health Pilot is not available for referrals.
Your feedback helps us identify bugs, improve usability and shape Financial Health Pilot into a more valuable tool for members. To share your thoughts or to suggest new features, simply use the “Feedback” section of the Financial Health Pilot homepage. We encourage you to be honest with your thoughts and suggestions.
Financial Health Pilot is regularly updated with new information from your BECU account(s), typically daily. As your financial situation changes, we want to make sure any recommended action is useful so you can decide whether to take immediate action. Insights and personalized content shown in your weekly summary are refreshed once per week, typically on Tuesdays.
