BECU Voices is a special opportunity to share your thoughts and help shape how BECU shows up for members. Hosted by Fuel Cycle, this feedback panel invites insights on products, services and experiences that impact members every day. As a participant, you'll have the chance to earn exciting rewards just for sharing your opinions
How It Works
- Sign up for the community, then fill out your profile and initial questionnaire.
- You'll begin receiving surveys and quick polls about BECU membership and accounts. For the best experience, respond to surveys and polls on a web browser.1
- For each survey and poll you complete, you could earn points that can be redeemed for rewards, like gift cards to multiple retailers.2

Frequently Asked Questions
All members are invited to join the BECU Voices community. To apply, you'll answer a few questions to determine eligibility. Once your application is approved, you will complete your profile by filling out a registration survey, confirming your contact information, and creating your login credentials. You can then start any available surveys, participate in quick polls, update your contact information, review/redeem your points collected or log out. You will receive email notifications when new surveys or research opportunities are available.
BECU Voices participants will have the opportunity to share their preferences and opinions on BECU accounts, credit cards, and other financial service topics. These responses will help BECU design new and improve existing products and services to better serve members.
Members can earn points by completing engagement activities, such as surveys, quick polls and discussions.
Navigate to the Points page within BECU Voices. From there, you will then be able to redeem your points for gift cards for businesses like Amazon, Starbucks, Target, Kroger, Apple and more.
No. All engagement activities (surveys, quick polls, discussions) are optional. Also, participation in BECU Voices is optional and you can choose to leave the community at any time.
