eStatements are paper-free account statements delivered directly to members' secure Online Banking instead of their mailbox. eStatements are available for savings, checking, CDs, credit card and loans.

How great are eStatements?

  • Convenient - Manage accounts with more ease online with anywhere, anytime access

  • Flexible - View, save to your personal computer, or print (if needed) right from Online Banking

  • Fast - Receive eStatements approximately two days faster than regular snail mail

  • Archive - We store up to 18-months of statement history that members can access in Online Banking so there's no worry about misplaced statements. BECU retains all statements, including eStatements, for seven years

  • Tax Documents - 1099 tax forms will are available electronically in Online Banking if you are enrolled in eStatements

  • Easy to use - All you need is an Online Banking account to receive eStatements AND if you want to be notified when your statement is ready, all you need is an email address

  • More savings – By reducing paper, printing and postage costs, we can pass on more savings to members in the form of better rates and lower fees

How do eStatements work?

  1. When the statement is ready, BECU sends an email notification to the member-provided email address

  2. To view the statement, the member can login to Online Banking  using their personal User ID and Password

  3. From the Account Summary page select the “View eStatements” link at the top of the page for savings, checking, CD and loan eStatements. For Visa eStatements scroll down to the credit card section and select the “View” link 

How do you sign up for eStatements?

  1. Login to Online Banking using your personal User ID and Password

  2. From the Account Summary page select the “Enroll” link at the top of the page for savings, checking, CD and loan eStatements. For Visa eStatements, scroll down to the credit card section and select the “Enroll” link
