- On a PC, click the menu button then select Settings.
- Next, select Privacy & Security then scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Cookies and Site Data as well as Cached Web Content then click Clear. A confirmation box will appear.
- On a Mac, click Safari on the upper left-hand side of your screen. A menu will appear. Within that menu, click Preferences.
- Next, click the Privacy tab and the button that says Remove All Website Data.
- Click Remove Now in the pop-up window that appears.
