We can only accept an image of a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). If you don't have a valid picture ID, you can verify your identity for most forms by answering security questions.

Completing a Digital Form

Find your form on the Forms page and click the eSign link, if it's available. Docusign will open in a new window with instructions on completing the form. Have your government-issued ID ready to verify your identity before you begin.

Unfortunately, there is no way to save a partially completed form. The document will close after 20 minutes of inactivity and your progress will be lost. If you cannot complete and sign the form, you will need to start again later.

Most BECU forms take less than ten minutes to complete. We recommend collecting any required documentation before you begin filling out a form.

Docusign makes it easy for account holders to co-sign forms that require multiple signatures. The account holder who begins the process can enter the email addresses for the other account holders. When the account holder signs and submits the form, Docusign sends an email to the other account holders containing a link to complete and sign the form.

You must be 18 years of age or older to sign Docusign forms. Minors need to visit a BECU location and have a parent or guardian sign or co-sign the form. We can, however, make exceptions for emancipated minors.
