How can I get access to the form if I don't want to go through the security questions?

We need to verify your identity in order for you to submit a form online using an electronic signature. As an alternative to submitting your form electronically, you can visit our Support/Forms page and click the link to access the form. Return the completed form via fax or mail using the return information on the bottom of the form. You can also return the form in person at any BECU location.

Will my information be saved if I initially start the process but don't complete it? Can I access my partially-completed form later? 

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to save a form to access again later.  If you are unable to complete and sign the form, please return to our Support/Forms page and click the link to restart the form.

How long will this take me to fill out?

The length of time to complete a form averages about eight minutes depending on the request. 

How long should the process take?

One signer: The time it takes to process the form will vary depending on the request.


Multiple signers: Your request will be finalized after all required signers have completed and signed their portion of the form. The time it takes to process the form will vary depending on the request.


To determine the processing time for your request/form, contact a BECU representative at 800-233-2328, using Messenger within the BECU mobile app or Message Center within Online Banking. You can also come in to a BECU location.

How will I know when my form has been completed/processed?

BECU doesn't currently have a way to generate and automatic electronic notification to you when your form has been completed. If you would like to confirm that the form is completed, you can contact a BECU representative at 800-233-2328, using Messenger within the BECU mobile app or Message Center within Online Banking.
