We need to verify your identity in order for you to submit a form online using an electronic signature. As an alternative to submitting your form electronically, you can visit our Forms page and click the PDF link to download the form. You can then submit the completed form via fax or mail using the instructions listed on the bottom of the form, or drop it off at any convenient BECU location.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to save a form to access again later. To submit the form, visit our Forms page and click eSign next to the applicable form.
Submitting the form: The length of time to submit the form averages about three minutes depending on the complexity of the request.
Processing time: Once submitted, the average time for BECU to process the form request is five business days. This could vary depending on the complexity of request. To confirm the specific processing time for your request/form, contact a BECU representative at 800-233-2328, using Messenger within the BECU mobile app or Message Center within Online Banking.
You can create an account with DocuSign to store your signature so you can use it for future form requests. Depending on browser settings, some browsers will copy an existing signature when your name and email address match what was previously used.
As of today, BECU doesn't have a way to electronically notify you when your request has been completed.
