Set up Online Banking

Multiple Authorized Owner(s)/Signer(s)

Time to vote for “Most Likely to Be Organized” within your business. It's a race to the admin role: When there is more than one owner or authorized signer on an organization, the first individual of that organization who enrolls in Online Banking is automatically designated as the “Business Administrator” for the business. That admin receives permissions as the Business Administrator that the other owners/ authorized signers do not have, including the only person that can set up and disable online profiles for owners / authorized signers/ agents / non-authorized agents.

The admin can then designate additional business users. Please note that users receive their login credentials from the admin.

Check out services like Account Alerts, Bill Pay and Online Deposits

Once you have Online Banking, don't forget to check out Account Services. You can also do things like set up account alerts, schedule online bill payments and make online deposits. You can even download your account transaction history into Quicken for Accounting! These services are always located at the top of your screen for easy reference.

You may already have ordered checks – your BECU Member Consultant offers the opportunity to order checks when you open an account. Have yet to receive them? Checks arrive in 7 – 10 business days after ordering. Have yet to order or need a refill? BECU's not-for-profit philosophy means you get a great price on checks! Place your order simply by giving us a call: (800) 233-2328, or logging in to Online Banking and sending a secure message (you should receive a message response within 4 business hours).


You may also already have debit cards – debit cards are printed on the spot when you open your account. Need debit cards for additional employees? Be sure to add the employee as an authorized user on the account.

Debit Card Loss

Lost your debit card? Call us immediately: (800) 233-2328. BECU will cancel the card and can mail a replacement. Need a new card right away? Simply head into your nearby BECU – all BECU financial centers can print debit cards.

Add an Authorized User

Only an account owner or authorized signer can add or remove additional persons. Give us a call and we'll get you started: (800) 233-2328. You can also send us a secure message when logged in to Online Banking (you should receive a message response within 4 business hours).

Download the free BECU mobile app to your Apple, Android or Windows device to experience all of these great features while on the go*. You can even use the same app for your business and personal accounts. Simply use the same login credentials you use in Online Banking. The app is compatible with most smart phone and tablet devices.
