Set up Online Banking

Multiple Authorized Owner(s)/Signer(s)

When there is more than one owner or authorized signer on an organization, the first individual of that organization who enrolls in Online Banking is automatically designated as the “Business Administrator” for the business. That admin receives permissions as the Business Administrator that the other owners/ authorized signers do not have, including the only person that can set up and disable online profiles for owners / authorized signers/ agents / non-authorized agents.

The admin can then designate additional business users. Please note that users receive their login credentials from the admin.

Activate Your Debit Mastercard®

Now that you have your BECU debit Mastercard, you can activate your debit card by using your PIN at any ATM or merchant point-of-sale terminal.

Depositing Made Easier

Deposits. They're a necessary part of business life, but life in a business can get hectic. Save time and stress by depositing your funds using a variety of methods.

ATM

Don't be limited by BECU branch locations: We offer multiple deposit ATMs located throughout the Puget Sound area, and any BECU ATM allows you to deposit up to 30 checks at one time.  Plus, for deposits made at these ATMs, the entire deposit is considered as only one deposited item. High Speed Online Deposit 

Securely deposit up to 30 checks at once from the convenience of your office. Business members who use the High Speed Online Deposit scanner enjoy the time and travel such technology saves. There's no limit to the number of deposits, and funds are immediately available in your account*. And, for deposits made online, the entire deposit is considered as only one deposited item. Online Deposit

Already own a photo printer/scanner? You also have the option to use your own printer technology to make online deposits. While it won't be able to deposit at the same speeds of the Canon high-speed scanner, you can still deposit from the convenience of your own office. And, just like high-speed deposits, you have no limit to the number of deposits, and you can immediately view and access deposited funds*. Learn more.


Neighborhood Financial Centers

We offer more than 40 BECU locations that accept your deposits. Deposits can be made at any ATM or with a Teller. Note that services are only available at our two largest centers: Tukwila and Everett, Wash.

You can also safely leave your money at our locations that have an Express Box. Express Boxes are secure, monitored boxes, often located inside a location's vestibule or outer entrance, and accept deposits 24/7. Your deposits left in an Express Box are processed during the following business day.

BECU Mobile App

Members can deposit checks anytime, anywhere with the use of the BECU app.  The BECU Mobile App** offers multiple banking options, including viewing and managing your accounts from the ease of your mobile device. Learn more about mobile banking for business. 

Download the free BECU mobile app to your Apple, Android or Windows device. You can even use the same app for your business and personal accounts. Simply use the same login credentials you use in Online Banking. The app is compatible with most smart phone and tablet devices. *Restrictions apply. Some items cannot be deposited through Online Deposits or Mobile Banking. Availability is subject to BECU Funds Availability Policy located in the Account Agreement. Allow up to an hour for deposits to post.
