Benson has more than 25 years experience within the financial services industry. His prior experience includes serving as an Assistant to the Director of Washington State Division of Banking, Staff Director and Senior Counsel for Washington State Senate Banking Committee, Regulatory Counsel for Key Bank of Washington, and Chief Administrative Officer for Washington Mutual.

Having learned about financial co-operatives early in his regulatory and public policy career, Benson joined the credit union industry when he became CEO of Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union (the former Hewlett-Packard credit union) in Palo Alto, California. Addison Avenue FCU later merged to become First Tech Federal Credit Union where Benson served as its President and CEO.

Throughout his career, Benson has been active in a variety of community organizations primarily focused on improving education and affordable housing opportunities. He currently serves on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Seattle and the Board of Overseers for Whitman College.

Benson is a native of Washington State. He earned a BA in Economics from Whitman College and received his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University where he served as an editor of its Law Review.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Member Strategies, he leads BECU’s marketing, community affairs, and strategic planning efforts. Prior to joining BECU, he started his career in financial services with Bank of America.

Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together South Sound, and is a trustee of the Northwest Credit Union Foundation. He also serves on the advisory board for the Center for Business Ethics at Albers School of Business and Economics. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Seattle University.

Before joining BECU, Parker served as the President and CEO of Columbia Credit Union in Vancouver, WA. Prior to that, Parker served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Arrowhead Credit Union in San Bernardino, California. He also served on the board of three of Arrowhead’s Credit Union Services Organizations (CUSO), including Arrowhead Trust, a trust company. Before joining Arrowhead, Parker served for seven years as the chief credit union regulator for Washington State. During that time, Parker served on the board and various committees of the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors (NASCUS). Parker currently serves on the Advisory Council and the Legislation and Regulation Committee of NASCUS. He also serves on the Washington Government Affairs Committee of the Northwest Credit Union Association.

Parker received a Juris Doctor degree from the Law School of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, where he graduated magna cum laude. Parker is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Kathy is a current Board Member of Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc., a majority-owned CUSO of BECU, an Advisory Board Member to Central Washington University’s College of Business and has served terms on the Executive Committees of the boards of the Seattle Chapter of the Washington State Society of CPAs as well as the King County Chapter of Credit Unions. She also participates as a panelist and presenter at various credit union education forums and conferences.

Prior to joining BECU, Kathy worked in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and at various other financial institutions in both financial reporting and internal audit. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University.

He served as a Practice Director for the financial services industry with Arthur Andersen & Company (Accenture). From 1988 to 1996, he was the Associate Executive Director and CIO for Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle. He then spent two years at Harvard Medical School exploring a pilot program for a global disease management system. Since 1999, he has been the SVP and CIO for BECU.

Butch earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Seattle University. He is serving as Chair of the Board of Regents for the 2012-2014 term, is active in the Albers School of Business, and is a member of the Center for Leadership Formation Advisory Board. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at Highline Medical Center. Butch is an appointed member of the Washington State Governor’s Technology Services Board.

Doug leads BECU’s digital channel and product efforts to ensure that we are well positioned in the rapidly changing payments arena.

Before joining BECU in 2013, Doug was Chief Membership Officer at First Tech Federal Credit Union where he was responsible for branch, call center, digital and ATM channels as well as marketing and product management. Prior to this, Doug held the positions of Senior Vice President of Deposit and Payment Products at Washington Mutual and Senior Vice President of Branch Management and Development at Bank of America.

Doug has a MBA from the University of Washington with a concentration on Marketing. He serves on the Board of Tiger Logics, Seattle Pacific University School of Business, and Member Loyalty Group.

Grace oversees operations of the Member Solutions Contact Center, Tukwila & Everett Financial Centers, Neighborhood Financial Centers, Member Care, and Wealth Management.

Grace is recognized as an expert in identifying and driving long-term member satisfaction. She serves on the board of the Northwest Credit Union Alliance, WesPay, chairs the newly developed Member Loyalty Group, LLC, and participates as a panelist at various industry forums and conferences. Grace recently graduated from the three-year executive education program with the Credit Union Executives Society CEO Institute.

With a career history in Human Resources for international companies including Starbucks, Amazon and Colliers International, her expertise in HR strategies and tactics attained from a wide variety of businesses including Consumer Products, Technology, Real Estate and Development demonstrate her versatility in applying HR disciplines in diverse environments.

Anne holds a BA from Western Washington University. She is a member of the Human Resources Planning Society, a Board member of Wesley Homes and volunteers her time with local non-profits.

Scott leads BECU’s consumer, small business and mortgage lending businesses and its virtual banking strategy group including the online, ATM and mobile delivery channels.

Prior to joining BECU, Scott worked for WaMu and Seafirst / Bank of America, where he held senior-level positions in multiple business lines including mortgage, home equity, small business, branch banking, and indirect lending. Scott brings a diverse background in lending, operations, sales management and product development.

Scott holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Washington University and is an honors graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Scott recently graduated from the CEO Institute, a three-year executive program of the Credit Union Executive Society held at the Wharton, Johnson and Darden schools of business.

Scott is currently a Board Member of Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County, and he serves on the Executive Committee of the Economic Development Council of Snohomish County. He is the former Chair of the Family Advisory Council of Seattle Children’s and served on the Extension Faculty of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
