Send Us a Message

There are two ways to send us a secure  message: the BECU app, or while logged into Online Banking on

  • Members with Online Banking for personal or business accounts can use the Online Banking Message Center to send and receive personal account messages from BECU. Your messages are stored in Online Banking so they are secure and confidential. 
  • Have our app? Members with a BECU mobile app (available for iOS and Android devices) can also send us a secure and confidential message using their mobile device. Your messages are stored on the BECU app for future reference.
  • Through secure messaging in the mobile app, you can now reach us on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm.

 Send a confidential message: log into Online Banking  and visit the Message Center, or, log in to the BECU Mobile app to send an in-app message.
