What Hours is Messenger Available?
Conversations with support agents can be initiated at any time, 24/7. However agents will only respond during business hours:
Monday - Friday, 7 am – 7 pm (PT)
Saturday & Sunday, 9 am – 6 pm (PT)
* BECU mobile app is compatible with iOS 8.0 and newer, Android 4.4 and newer and Windows 8.1 and newer. Airtime, roaming, data usage, and minutes of use may be billed by your mobile provider.
Note: Internet Explorer 11 and older may not work with Messenger, as well as newer browsers. We recommend switching to a newer browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
