What types of questions can Messenger help with?
You can complete a variety of actions, including:
-
Requesting temporary increases to daily transaction limits
-
Filing a fraud or dispute claim
-
Finding out why a transaction was declined
How do I access Messenger?
Follow the steps below to get started with BECU Messenger on either platform.
Save your old conversations
The Messenger feature will replace the secure message functionality in both Online Banking and the app, so we recommend saving any important conversations you might have had using that feature. The easiest way to do this is simply copy/paste the text of the conversation into a separate document.
