Services Unavailable March 10-11
BECU is performing systems maintenance from March 10-11 in the overnight hours from 8:00 p.m., Saturday, March 10 until approximately 9:00 a.m., Sunday, March 11.
How the Systems Maintenance Will Impact Members
All BECU services—including online, mobile, and telephone banking—will be unavailable during the systems maintenance window. ATMs will be operational and you will be able to access your accounts, but with some limitations (see below). Credit card services will also be available during this time.
ATMs will be available and debit cards will work during the systems maintenance window, but BECU card transactions will be impacted as follows:
- Reduced access limits.
- The offline access limits during the systems maintenance are:
ATM withdrawal: $300
PIN point-of-sale transactions: $2,000
Mastercard® Signature transactions: $500
- You will be able to deposit funds, but deposits will not post to your accounts until systems are back online.
- You will be able to transfer funds.
- Any inquiries for statements and balances will be declined.
What to Expect Following Systems Maintenance
We expect all services to be restored by the end of the systems maintenance window, with no further impact to members. In the event that any member services remain unavailable on Sunday morning, after systems maintenance is expected to be completed, we will post an alert on our homepage, and additional details will be posted on this page.
Our Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages will also provide timely updates if we experience an unexpected ongoing service interruption. You can follow the situation on social media if our website is unavailable following the systems maintenance window.
