Important Message About Online Banking Login and Security

You may have noticed that there's a new “Online Banking” on our homepage. This button replaces the previous username and passwords fields to log into Online Banking. 

The new buttons directs you to a login page where you enter your User ID and Password, as well as complete a security check confirming that you are not a robot. 

This is a temporary change.

We want you to know that this is a temporary change to our login process.  As we previously announced earlier this year, we are migrating all BECU Online Banking users to a new platform that adds additional security and positions BECU to offer new technology as it is introduced in the marketplace.   For example, with the new security platform, if we ever need you to provide additional verification, you now have the option to have a text with a one-time code sent to your mobile phone.


This temporary change to our login process will remain in place until the migration is complete by the end of September. 

Did you update your security options?

If you have not updated the security options on your account, we ask that you do so now.  Simply log into Online Banking and you will be directed to a page to update your security options.  PLEASE NOTE: You can update these security options at any time—simply log into Online Banking and go to the Manage Security Options under your profile.

In the near future, if you have not updated your security questions, you will be required to do this before you will be able to log into Online Banking.
