Raymond Batalona III, Mortgage Advisor

I have been working in the mortgage and lending industry since 2003, and part of the BECU family since 2014. My lending background includes new construction, land loans, and existing residential properties. I have vast knowledge with VA, FHA, and conventional financing programs.

Although I serve our credit union membership throughout Washington, my primary focus covers King, Snohomish & Skagit counties. I work with many types of borrowers including first time homebuyers, members relocating, and those looking to refinance. I enjoy educating BECU members regarding the mortgage process and I take the time to answer all pertinent questions involved in financing a home.

Although I was born in Hawaii, I have grown to call Western Washington my home and I have lived in Snohomish County for the past 17 years. I was brought up with the core value of knowing family comes first, which allows me to bring a personal touch to this profession. When not helping members with their mortgage needs, you will probably find me spending time with my boys or coaching youth sports, which is something I love to do.
