On July 22, 2007, the law allowing limited domestic partnership went into effect in Washington State. The law was put into place to allow almost equal rights of married couples to same sex couples and heterosexual couples where one of the individuals was at least 62 years of age. With the new laws followed issues and concerns in regards to family and estate planning for registered domestic partners. Please join us for a seminar sponsored by BECU Trust Company and presented by Attorneys James W. Spencer and Cynthia Buhr from Spencer, Anderson, Buhr PLLC as they discuss the different issues surrounding Estate and Family Planning for Domestic Partners.
