BECU encourages volunteerism and supports the projects our employees care about most
through our Gift Match Program.

Every year, BECU employees volunteer hundreds of hours and are involved
in fundraising for Washington non-profit organizations including:

Gift Match Program
Gift Match Program
We match BECU employee contributions* dollar for dollar, made to the
eligible organizations and institutions of our employees’ choice. The
minimum matched gift amount is $25 and matching includes gifts up to
$5000 per employee per year.

Volunteer Recognition Program
Volunteer Recognition Program
The BECU Volunteer Recognition program honors the efforts of committed
employee volunteers through a cash gift to the organization where they
volunteer. BECU employees who volunteer at least 30 hours within one year earn $100 for a non-profit
organization they volunteered for.
