This Committee oversees the maintenance of the investment policy, loan policy, asset/liability management policy, and membership policy.
This Committee oversees the administration of the credit union’s total compensation plan.
This Committee oversees the governance of the Board and its committees, and the nomination of Board and Supervisory Committee members.
This Committee oversees the annual process of nominating BECU members to fill open positions of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
The Supervisory Committee provides oversight of the audit function of the credit union as well as the safety and soundness of the credit union through monitoring risks and controls associated with its business objectives, strategies, and plans.
