This Committee oversees the maintenance of the investment policy, loan policy, asset/liability management policy, and membership policy.

This Committee oversees the administration of the credit union’s total compensation plan.
Compensation Committee Charter (pdf)
This Committee oversees the governance of the Board and its committees, and the nomination of Board and Supervisory Committee members.
The Supervisory Committee provides oversight of the safety and soundness of the credit union through monitoring risks and controls associated with its business objectives, strategies, and plans.
Beginning in November, BECU accepts nominations for positions on its Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. Elections take place at the BECU Annual Meeting held in March the following year. Learn more or call us at 206-439-5981.
