She is active with children's safety and education programs. Desiree holds a bachelor of arts in business from the University of Washington and a MBA from Seattle University.
Michael K. Sweeney

Mike has worked for The Boeing Company since 1997 as Managing Director of Contracts leading the Asia Pacific/China, Southeast Asia Contracts organizations.

Before Boeing, he worked for the McDonnell Douglas Corporation in various contracts, business management, and corporate assignments. Mike is a past board member of Youth Advocates and Seattle Emergency Housing Services. Mike holds law and BS degrees.
Steve Brilling

Steve is the Executive Director of Seattle University’s Entrepreneurship Center and has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in financial and consulting services, holding titles of President, COO, CIO, and EVP.

Before his work at Seattle University, Steve provided strategic consulting services as President and Principal at Dragonfly Ventures in Seattle, CIO/Senior Vice President at Swiss Re America in New York, and Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting in Illinois. Earlier in his career, Steve worked for RSI/Sedgwick Re in Seattle, holding the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Steve holds a bachelor of science in business administration and a MBA from Washington State University. He serves on the board of NW Family Business Advisors, the board committee of Physicians Insurance (finance and audit committee), and the advisory boards of N2uitive and mbsSource.
Gary W. Beil

From 1999 through 2006 he was Vice President and Controller, and interim CFO in 2005 and 2006, for DaVita Inc, a $5 billion healthcare company with a Tacoma-based business office. From 1979 to 1999, he held a variety of divisional and corporate finance positions with The Boeing Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant, with five years of public accounting experience. He has previously served on the board of Seattle Goodwill and the Accounting Advisory Board for the University of Washington.
Jagdish (Jim) Wadhwani

Jim is a retired Boeing executive and a CPA. His last position with Boeing was the Senior Director of their pension plan investments in Chicago.

He worked for The Boeing Company for over 30 years in various computing, finance, internal audit, and business management assignments. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hearing Speech and Deafness Center in Seattle, and a past board member of the Woodland Park Zoo Safari Club.
Kathie S. Weibel

His experience includes serving as President & COO of WCP Solutions. He also served 10 years as Vice President Finance for the iconic Oh Boy! Oberto. David has extensive experience working in the Northwest with privately held middle market companies. His specialties include acquisitions, business strategy, manufacturing, international operations, employee development and bringing value to shareholders. David holds a bachelor of arts in business with an accounting concentration from the University of Washington. He serves on the University of Washington Accounting Development Fund Board of Trustees.

Brian’s past experiences include working with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP and several other companies in senior finance roles. Afterwards, he spent 11 years as Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of a Boeing sub-contractor, Spectra Lux Corporation. Brian then went on to join Boeing Capital Corporation before taking his current position with Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
Brian has a BA from the University of Washington school of Business Administration and is a licensed CPA.
