Anne Dessi Joins BECU as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Anne Dessi Joins BECU as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

BECU (Boeing Employees' Credit Union) announced today that effective August 5th Anne Dessi will join BECU as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Dessi brings with her over twenty years of experience in human resources having held executive positions at such companies as Amazon.com and Starbucks. Prior to joining BECU, she was with Colliers International in Seattle, Washington serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for the global real estate services company. During her career Dessi led a wide range of human resource initiatives ranging from Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation, and Succession Planning.

Dessi holds her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

In her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Dessi will oversee the human resources and organizational performance and development departments to support the strategic direction and goals of the credit union. Dessi will be replacing Elaine Terry who will be retiring at the end of the year after 35 years of service at BECU. "We're thrilled to have Anne join our organization to build on the outstanding accomplishments that Elaine has instilled in the credit union over her 35 years of service." said Gary Oakland, BECU President and CEO. "Our employees are our most valuable asset and Anne's proven leadership in talent management and employee engagement will ensure that we are able to carry forward our success in serving our members."
