BECU Foundation Scholarships

The BECU Foundation is a charitable private foundation and recognizes and awards a minimum of 25 $3000 scholarships each year to graduating high school seniors and undergraduate student members who have a passion for helping others.

Since 1995, with the help of our business partners, member donations, and through fundraising activities, BECU has awarded more than $1.78 million dollars in scholarships to more than 790 student members.

BECU Foundation Mission Statement
The mission of the BECU Foundation is to encourage and administer contributions for educational scholarships. The BECU Foundation extends the credit union philosophy of people helping people by offering educational support to members and their families. Scholarships will recognize and promote service in the school or community, leadership potential, and academic achievement.
